As India’s entrepreneurial eco-system matures, new areas of opportunity are emerging, something that is not lost amongst the current crop of entrepreneurs and startups. India although a fast developing nation, still needs technologies / solutions that can address the needs of vast swathes of population that are more or less underserved. Developing India specific solutions, will not necessarily be confined to the country, but would provide valuable insights and models that can be replicated in other developing countries and eventually cater to the next ‘n’ billion people across the globe.
Entrepreneurship 4.0 is all about the new wave of startups, changed innovation practices, new business models / processes, leveraging emerging technologies and enabling policies. The challenges are enormous and risks very high, and hence a pressing need to provide the right and fertile environment to support the new generation of entrepreneurs and startups.
ISBA 2018, would bring together enablers and stakeholders of the entrepreneurial eco-system to discuss, deliberate and share thoughts to throw more insights on what needs to be done to energise and sustain Entrepreneurship 4.0 with a specific focus on Incubation.
ISBA events with first being held in 2007, have been hosted in several different cities with the basic objective being to promote, incubation in and around these regions. These events over the years have attracted incubators and experts from several foreign countries. It presents an opportunity to showcase the achievements and capabilities of Indian technology incubation to the outside world.
